Bristol Free School is celebrating a superb set of GCSE and Level 2 Vocational results. The school says pupils demonstrated exceptional resilience, commitment and dedication.
This year, 82% of students achieved five GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including English and Mathematics. The proportion of students achieving this key benchmark exceeded the national average. An impressive 46% of all grades awarded were grades 9-7.
Su King, headteacher, said:”I am absolutely delighted with this year’s results, which are among the strongest in the school’s history.
“These outstanding results have opened up a wealth of exciting opportunities for our young people. We are delighted to be welcoming a record number of students into our Sixth Form.”
