Staff at the Westbury Park Pub and Kitchen are celebrating an award.
The pub won the ‘Bar and Pub’ category (sponsored by Thatchers) in the Bristol Life Awards 2026.
The venue, run by Zazu, was described as: “A foodie pub with a great range of drinks, appealing events, and run by an excellent team. Proper hostelry at the epicentre of its community.”
Rebecca Sneddon, Zazu operations manager, said: “We were so surprised and pleased to win, especially in the 10th anniversary year of the Bristol Life Awards. The ceremony is always a wonderful night, and a great opportunity to connect with other local businesses. Our biggest thanks goes to all the customers of the Westbury, as without you the pub is just a building – the people are what make it special!”
The Westbury Park Pub and Kitchen building was once the setting for the famed ‘Kebab and Calculator’ in the 80s cult classic TV show, The Young Ones.
