MONTPELIER High School sixth formers have started the academic year in their new HQ.
The former Dolphin School site, close to MHS, has been converted into a new centre following the primary’s amalgamation with E-ACT Fairlawn Primary School on the Fairlawn site.
The centre is designed to support both study and independence. includes a purpose-built library, dedicated study rooms, a spacious common room and rooftop terraces.
The new provision remains fully co-educational and is now known as E-ACT Montpelier High Sixth Form, or MH6.
Head Ben Spence said: “The new name was chosen to celebrate our sixth form’s connection with lower school and brings the whole school community together under a shared identity and commitment to achieving excellent outcomes for all of our students.
