Bristol North West MP Darren Jones was bowled over by the big turnout for his Summer Open Mic constituency event, which was held at Gloucestershire County Cricket Ground in Ashley Down.
It was so named because, unlike his usual town hall meetings which are themed on a specific issue, this event allowed participants to question the MP, who is Chief Secretary to the Treasury, on any topic.
